This Policy is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR without regard to conflict of law principles. If a lawsuit or court proceeding is permitted under this Policy, then you and Yanssie HK Limited agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Hong Kong SAR for the purpose of litigating any dispute.
You agree that any dispute you may have arising out of or related to your relationship with us must be filed within one year after such dispute arises, otherwise, your dispute is permanently barred.

Keystone hardware wallets (including Keystone Tablet) are 100% offline products. That means that we can not and nor do we collect any information from you.
When you use the App, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the App, and information necessary to help us provide and improve the Products and Services for you.
Device Information: operating system version, device model, device ID (pseudonymized), IP address and Keystone hardware wallet firmware version.App Information: App version, App crash and error information, page rendering time and internet request time.
Wallet Information: UUID of the wallet, type of cryptocurrency, cryptocurrency addresses, txHEX and transaction information including timestamp, sending address, receiving address and the amount of the transaction.
We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support.Examples of Personal Information collected include: name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, And any information about quality issues of the Product and Services. Collected information may also include any photos/videos of how you use the Keystone Products and Services, cryptocurrency addresses, transaction IDs, serial number, version number, and screenshots of the Keystone Products and Services.
We use information we collect through the Products and Services in a variety of ways to provide our Products and Services for our business operations. The use of information that we collect includes the following:
Load the Site accurately, and to perform analytics on the Site to optimize our Site.
Provide products or services to fulfill your orders, process your payment information, arrange for shipping, provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, preferences you have shared with us, and information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use Shopify to power our online store. Our order information (including name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number) data retention aligns with Shopify’s policy. To prevent data breaches and ensure your shared data is protected from malicious hackers, we erase all order information of each customer who has not made an order within the last 180 days (For more information, please see our medium post for more information).If you would like to override this time delay, please email us at support@keyst.one with your order number and your order email. Also please make a clear statement that you will have no dispute for the order.
If you send one of your coin addresses to support@keyst.one and make a clear statement that you want to delete all your information stored in our server, we will erase the concerning wallet information/coin addresses for you. Please kindly note that after the erasure, you will no longer be able to use the Keystone companion app.
We use Zendesk to power our ticketing system. We erase all the customer support information within the ticket that hasn’t been updated in the last 6 months (180 days).If you would like to override this time delay, please send a clear email statement to support@keyst.one.
