Sales Terms and Conditions

1. Notice
Yanssie HK Limited (19H MAXGRAND PLAZA NO.3 TAI, YAU STREET SAN PO KONG, KOWLOON, HONG KONG) offers for sale products (hereinafter referred to as “Products”) available on its website accessible at www.keyst.one (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).
These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of the Products on this Site. If the buyer (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”) intends to resell the Products, please contact us at sales@keyst.one.
We reserve the right to occasionally change and/or amend these Terms and Conditions.Hence, the Buyer should check these Terms and Conditions periodically and always prior to placing any order. Changes will not apply to any already existing contracts unless the applicable law so requires.
Sale of any Products is expressly conditioned on the Buyer’s assent to these Terms and Conditions. Any acceptance of the Seller’s offer is expressly limited to the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Seller expressly objects to any additional or different terms proposed by Buyer.
2. Definitions
“Buyer” means the entity to which Seller is providing Products under the Contract.
“Contract” means either the contract agreement signed by both parties, or the purchase order signed by Buyer and accepted by the Seller in writing.
“Products” means the equipment, parts, materials, supplies, and other goods the Seller has agreed to supply to Buyer under the Contract.
“Seller” means the entity providing Products under the Contract.
“Site” means the website providing Products under the Contract.
3. Personal Data
The Seller represents that the collection of the Buyer’s personal data shall be limited as practically possible for the Seller’s basic business operations.
The Buyer’s submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
4. Orders and Promotions
To order Products on this Site, the Buyer must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal capacity to contract. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to determine and select the Products suited to the Buyer’s needs.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order that the Buyer places. The Seller may, in their sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased by person,household and/or order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same Buyer’s name and /or email, the same credit card, and /or orders that use the same billing and /or shipping address. The Seller reserves the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in their sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
From time to time, the Seller may offer discounts, bundles or other promotions on the Site. Unless specifically stipulated otherwise, these are not cumulative and only end user customers (not resellers) are eligible.
5. Price and Tax
The Seller reserves the right to modify at any time the price of any of the Products, being understood that the price actually charged will be that of the one in effect at the time of the order.
The displayed prices of Products are exclusive of shipping costs unless specifically specified on the Site. Shipping costs include the processing costs of both the order and delivery. Delivery parcels may vary according to the size, the weight of the package, the choice of the carrier and the delivery address and are individualized when placing the order.
The displayed prices of Products are exclusive of VAT, sales taxes, goods & services taxes, customs duties, import taxes and/or other applicable taxes, the payment of which is the Buyer’s exclusive responsibility.
6. Payment
The credit (debit) card payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway provider, Airwallex.
The cryptocurrency payments are processed by two third-party payment gateway providers, Coinbase Commerce and Opennode. The third-party cryptocurrency payment gateway providers will calculate the amount of cryptocurrency to be paid according to the exchange rates chosen by them at the time of the payment. Later changes to the chosen exchange rates will have no effect on the amount to be paid unless the Buyer does not make the payment within the time limit provided by the respective provider. Cryptocurrency transaction fees may be charged by the respective cryptocurrency payment gateway provider and/or cryptocurrency network.
The credit (debit) card and cryptocurrency payment gateway provider is solely responsible for the processing of the Buyer’s payment and for any information submitted during the payment procedure.
Payment must be made at the time of order in full for the specified amount. If the payment of an amount due is not received or in the case of irregular payments, the Seller reserves the right, after registering the Buyer’s order, to suspend and/or cancel the order and / or delivery.
The Buyer consents to receive sales invoices electronically by email . Please contact support@keyst.one for an invoice request.
7. Delivery
The Products are delivered to the address of delivery that the Buyer specified when placing the order. Estimated Delivery time is displayed on the Site but is not guaranteed and should not be relied upon as such. The traceability of parcels may be limited in some countries. The Buyer is solely responsible for consulting the state, local tax and customs laws to determine compliance with any tax laws, customs laws and regulations applicable within the Buyer’s shipping address. Any outstanding taxes and duties would be paid by the Buyer if applicable according to the Buyer’s tax and customs residential law.Buyer hereby waives the right to claim that any tax and/or customs duties collected on any purchase are incorrect.
Upon receipt of the order, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to check the condition of the ordered product, its packaging and contents. If the Buyer notices any defects, the Buyer must follow the procedure provided by the transport service company and contact support@keyst.one regarding these defects no later than 7 days from the receival date of the concerning delivery parcel.
Risk of loss and damage to Product will transfer to the Buyer upon delivery.
The Buyer is required to accept the ordered products. Occasionally, parcels are, however, returned to the Seller as undeliverable shipment. Re-dispatching the Products is possible, but the Seller reserves the right to bill the Buyer for the additional fees involved for re-shipment of concerning Product. The Seller will not re-dispatch the order before the additional fees are paid. If the Buyer no longer wishes to have the Products reshipped, a partial refund can be claimed and such an amount refunded would be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. The Buyer acknowledges, however, that duty taxes and fees, particularly the shipping expenses, may not be refunded in such cases.
8. Return and Refund Policy
The Seller has a 15-day return policy, which means the Buyer has 15 days after receiving the Products to request a refund and return the concerning product.
To be eligible for a refund, the Product must be in the same condition that Buyer received it in and in its original packaging.
To initiate a refund, the Buyer must contact the Seller at support@keyst.one . If the refund is accepted, the Seller will send the Buyer instructions on how and where to return the package. The Buyer is solely responsible for the cost of shipping to return the package back to the Seller.
Items sent back to the Seller without first requesting a refund will not be accepted. The Seller will not accept product refund requests that were sold on a discount, during a promotional offer, or purchased by any gift cards.
The Seller will notify the Buyer once the returned Product is received and inspected, and then notify the Buyer whether the refund was approved or not. If approved:
  • The Seller will refund the purchase price paid, excluding the shipping Charges. All associated shipping costs with products or parcels sent to Yanssie HK Limited are not refundable and will not be reimbursed The Seller. This will result in the seller’s inability to refund any shipping fee incurred by the buyer and sellers will not be accountable for such expenses as buyers have full onus for the concerning fee incurred.
  • In case of credit (debit) card payments, the Seller will refund the payment (in USD) back to the cardholder‘s bank account that the Buyer used to purchase the concerning Product.
  • In the case of cryptocurrency payments, the Seller will prioritize BSC-BUSD refunds. Any refund in cryptocurrency is calculated by the USD value of the concerning payment. The amount of BTC refunded to the Buyer is calculated using the USD/BTC exchange rate provided by Google at the time the Seller initiates a payment for the refund. The Buyer is accountable for paying any bitcoin transaction fees involved for the concerning refund.
9. Keystone Care+ Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The Seller guarantees that the concerning Product and its components are free from defects in material and process impurities under normal use during the warranty period provided under Keystone Care+. This includes a 1-year standard warranty applicable from the time the product is delivered to the Buyer. The aforementioned guarantee also includes any human error involved with the labor associated with product manufacturing.For extended protection, Buyers can opt for enhanced Keystone Care+ plans for Keystone 3 Pro and related products:
•2-year Keystone Care+ warranty: Available at an additional cost of $50 USD.
•3-year Keystone Care+ warranty: Available at an additional cost of $100 USD.
This updated warranty policy is effective starting 1st January 2025. For all products purchased before this date, the previous warranty policy applies, which includes a standard 2-year warranty at no additional cost.
The warranty hereunder only covers failures or malfunctions occurred during the 1-years period under normal-use conditions excluding the following situations. The warranty will not apply to:
  • normal wear and tear;- damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper handling, improper installation, tampering of product, and/or upgradation;
  • damage or loss of the product caused by undue physical or electrical stress, including, but not limited to, moisture, corrosive environments, high voltage surges, extreme temperatures, shipping, or usage under abnormal environmental conditions;
  • damage or loss of the product caused by acts of nature including, but not limited to, floods, storms, fires, and earthquakes;
  • damage or loss caused by the Buyer’s error, misuse,or inappropriate behavior;
  • damage to the Product, on which the original firmware has been replaced or modified by the Buyer;
The warranty is non-transferable and is enforceable only by the Buyer, the original purchaser. Any Product that has not been purchased (i) as new (ii) from the Seller is expressly excluded. The Seller shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages which are incurred and/or have occurred in connection with the Product or its purchase. The Seller’s responsibility is solely limited to the Product itself. The Seller is under no responsibility for any expenses or loss of profit due to the involvement of any third parties, the Buyer’s loss in profit, or any other indirect expenses or losses, however incurred. Further losses may include but not limited to income, valued goods, data, indirect damages, special damages, consequential damages, exemplary damages or punitive damages. the Seller’s total liability ,to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any claim arising from these Sales Terms and Conditions, including any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid to purchase the product. In no event will the Seller be liable for any loss or damage which is not foreseeable within reasonable doubt.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Sales Terms and Conditions are subject to Hong Kong SAR’s law.
In the event of a complaint or a question relating to an order of the Products on the Site, please contact the Seller via support@keyst.one, specify the Buyer’s contact information and to provide any information to the Seller required for the Seller to assess the concern and dispute regarding the complaint.
Any dispute relating to the application or interpretation of these Sales Terms and Conditions that can not be solved amicably will be brought before the Hong Kong SAR court.
You agree that any dispute you claim in relationship with the Seller must be filed within two years after such dispute arises, otherwise, your dispute is permanently barred.
